Can screens show a class timetable automatically?
A manually prepared timetable can be displayed using suitable signage software. Automatic updates from a booking platform require a separate compatibility and integration assessment. Tell us which system you use and what should happen when classes change. We confirm the connection method before including an automatic feed in the proposal.
Where should membership offers and club notices appear?
Reception can suit introductory offers and visitor information, while shared areas can carry club notices and class updates. Plan the text size around viewing distance and keep each message short. Assign responsibility for checking prices, dates and availability so an expired promotion does not remain on screen.
Are ordinary indoor displays suitable everywhere in a leisure site?
Conditions vary between reception, exercise studios, windows and humid areas. Light, reflections, temperature, ventilation and exposure affect suitability. Send photographs and describe the environment before choosing a model. Equipment for a dry indoor reception should not be assumed suitable beside a pool or in an exposed location.
