Choosing your digital signage.
A professional screen should be selected around the location, audience, operating hours and content, not simply its diagonal size.
Why use a commercial display instead of a television?
Commercial displays are designed for longer operating hours, controlled brightness, portrait or landscape mounting and dependable content playback. Depending on the model, they may also include higher-brightness panels, commercial warranties, scheduling tools and remote-management features that domestic televisions are not designed to provide.
Can Digi Sign handle the complete installation?
Yes. We can survey the site, specify the display, plan mounting and cable routes, install and commission the system, configure ScreenZeno where required and train your team. For custom LED, we also plan cabinet layout, processing, power, supporting structure and maintenance access.
Do you work outside Northern Ireland?
Yes. Digi Sign serves Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with UK-wide supply and installation available for suitable projects. Screen hire availability depends on the equipment, event date, crew and travel requirements.
Can we see the screens before deciding?
Yes. Our Moneymore showroom lets you compare commercial displays, brightness levels, physical formats and content-management options. Showroom visits are by appointment only so we can prepare the most relevant demonstrations for your project.

Anyone can sell a screen. It's the aftercare that makes the difference. Raphael brings over 30 years of experience across AV, IT and networking to the planning and installation of your project. We take pride in looking after our customers long after the screens are fitted.
What is included in my quotation?
Your quotation clearly sets out what is included and what is charged separately. Installation is usually estimated unless we have enough site photographs, know the building or have surveyed the site. Larger projects require a site survey. Any installation estimate is identified in your quotation.
Do you charge for delivery?
Standard LCD screens supplied without installation are normally delivered free within Northern Ireland. Any applicable delivery charge is shown in your quotation.
Does the software have an ongoing fee?
We select from three software platforms to suit each project. Some screens include free software; other options have a subscription. Monthly, annual and two-year payment options can be arranged, depending on the software. Your quotation identifies the software and any ongoing cost.
Are training and content design included?
Software training is free. Initial content design is charged separately for smaller orders and is included with purchases of three or more screens or larger projects. Your quotation sets out the initial design work included.
What warranty do you provide?
All LCD screens have a three-year warranty. LED screens have at least two years, with three years on some products. The applicable warranty is confirmed in your quotation. The first year covers parts, labour and call-outs for warranty repairs. Any remaining warranty years cover parts only, with labour and call-outs chargeable. We also supply spare parts with LED signs for future replacement.
Is phone and remote support included?
Yes. Phone and remote support are free throughout your screen's warranty period. This continues during any parts-only warranty years, even though on-site labour and call-outs are no longer included.
